Everything runs on the software foundation. Because the warehouse is already in place and the data is clean, a session can produce a deep answer in days, and a Strategy engagement starts on the analysis instead of a six-month data cleanup project.

The work also flows back down. Analyses we run over and over in Strategy engagements get built into the software as standard features, so what starts white glove ends up self-service.

Common Questions

Are Software, Sessions, and Strategy pricing tiers?

No. They are three levels of involvement from the same team, and they stack. Software is self-service: the warehouse, ROGER, and the Console, and you do the digging. Sessions add our analysts working alongside yours on specific questions. Strategy hands us a whole initiative to run. Most clients start with Software and add the other layers as questions come up.

Do Sessions require the software?

Sessions are layered onto the software subscription. The unified warehouse and clean data are what make a deep, trustworthy answer possible in days rather than months, so working sessions assume that foundation is in place.

What does a working session actually look like?

Our team sits down with yours on a question you haven't been able to crack, for example what is actually slowing the business when the topline looks flat. Together we work out the likely explanations, then we run the deep analysis and bring back the answer. Sessions are purchased per session with no long-term commitment: some clients run them monthly, others book one when a specific question comes up.

What does a Strategy engagement cover?

Pricing is the flagship: we build the strategy, make the recommendations, oversee execution, and deliver an honest readout of what the changes actually did. Engagements also cover areas like new-restaurant-opening pricing, marketing spend optimization, technology stack assessment, and custom report automation. Every engagement runs under a custom statement of work, and we are accountable for the results, not just the recommendations.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Software is month to month, priced per store. Sessions are purchased per session. Strategy is scoped by a custom statement of work based on your locations, duration, and level of service. Nothing locks you in beyond the work you have asked for.
